The 2 best samples from my exporter were prepped to ship and sent out to arrive to the Meadery Clubhouse in San Diego for taste testing (too see how strong it is) and eventually make into a nano brew of mead. I'll have to consider a good price point for wild honey moving forward since I have friends that can get honey in Thailand for $1.50 for a KG. I'll probably find much better pricing if I go to the villages and get the honey wholesale to then bring to the exporters rather than pay their price point of about $100 per KG on export which is too high from source price. Since I will need to test out many batches until I get the mead just right then I can't be paying high price points for honey to do R&D on homebrew batches.

I do plan to send the bulks of honey out to a magical place out in Ukraine for honey processing though since they make the best honey then I'll produce the world's first "Mad Mead" or Медовха in slavic terms.
