History

This batch was set to fermet on October 19th 2022 and has been sitting in since. It was recently opened up.

Starting gravity was 1.141 and we used honey from Amazon.com as well as a mead making kit on there.

The second round of fermentation was on May 22nd 2023

Target ABV is ~18.5%
